A Double Standard on the Freeway

Drivers on the freeway have a double standard when it comes to being obedient. While the majority of drivers obey the marked exits and entrances of the diamond lane with exactness, almost no one follows the posted speed limit. It is an interesting phenomena that raises an interesting hypothesis.
